Classification and selection of feeding machines
Feeding processed food materials into containers such as glass bottles, iron cans, and feeder plastic cans is one of the main processes in the food industry production process. There are two methods of feeding: manual and mechanical. 1、 Classification of feeding machines
(l) According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into manual feeding machines, semi-automatic feeding machines, unit automatic feeding machines, and feeding bag feeding combined automatic machines.
(2) According to machine structure, there are single row feeders, multi row feeders, and vertical rotary feeders.
(3) According to the feeding method, it can be divided into feeding under constant pressure at the liquid level, feeding under changing pressure at the liquid level, vacuum feeding, feeding under mechanical pressure, and feeding under gas pressure.
(4) According to the feeding switch, there are plug type, valve type, slide valve type, and air valve type for feeding.
(5) According to the number of feeding heads, there are 1-48 feeding machines.
(6) According to quantitative feeding, it can be divided into using a movable quantitative cylinder for volume quantification, using a fixed quantitative cylinder for volume quantification, using control of the feeding liquid level position for fish positioning, and using a quantitative pump for quantification.
(7) According to the characteristics of the fed materials, there are liquid feeder, sauce feeder, and solid feeder.
Selection of feeder
The principle for selecting a feeder is:
(l) To better serve the production process, the selection must be based on the properties of the feed liquid (such as dryness, foaming, volatility, etc.). If it is a juice type, it is recommended to use a vacuum juice feeding machine to reduce contact with air and ensure product quality; If it is a sauce type liquid, it is better to use a mechanical extrusion feeder; Gravity feeders can be used for low viscosity liquids such as milk.
(2) One machine is versatile. Due to the complexity of product specifications in food factories, limited workshop area, and frequent product changes, the feeding machine should be able to adapt to various types of production.
(3) Having high productivity and ensuring the quality of feeding products.
